Modern Goddess Fashion operates under a strict final sale policy. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Personal preference
- Shipping delays
All payments are non-refundable.
Store Credit (Discretionary)
Store credit may be issued solely at our discretion.
Eligibility Requirements
- Request within 5 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
Return Process

- Photo/video evidence
Store Credit Terms
- Issued digitally
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- May expire at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates / bodysuits / swimwear
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without tags
Sizing Disclaimer
We do not guarantee fit. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizing.
Damaged Items
Must be reported within 48 hours with evidence.
Return Conditions
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our standards.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate disputes that contradict this policy.
Any dispute may result in:
- Account restriction
- Purchase ban
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Legal escalation where permitted
