• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase required

• Non-refundable

• Not redeemable for cash
• May expire at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Intimates / bodysuits / swimwear
• Worn or damaged items
• Items without tags

Sizing Disclaimer

We do not guarantee fit. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizing.

Damaged Items

Must be reported within 48 hours with evidence.

Return Conditions

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our standards.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate disputes that contradict this policy.

Any dispute may result in:

• Purchase ban
• Submission of evidence to payment processors
